Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts, boiled and shredded
- Few lettuce leaves
- ½ cup mayonnaise (use less or more according to your taste)
- 1 tbsp mustard seeds (a mix of black and yellow mustard)
- 1–2 tbsp sugar
- Black pepper to taste
- 4 hot dog buns
Instructions
- Grind together the sugar and mustard seeds into a coarse powder.
- In a bowl, combine the mayonnaise, shredded chicken and the mustard-sugar powder.
- Add black pepper and mix well.
- Slice the hot dog bun and spread mayonnaise inside.
- Place a lettuce leaf inside the bun.
- Fill generously with the chicken mayonnaise mixture.
- Your super easy and delicious Chicken Roll is ready.
