Special Tandoori Masala

A popular spice blend belonging to Northern part of Indian Subcontinent.

Tandoori refers to a cooking process where food is made in a special clay oven also called Tandoor Masala means spices. So as the name suggests it is a special blend of spices specifically used for dishes that are cooked in a Tandoor oven. Use this spice blend to make marinades and rubs for BBq or Grilledor Pan Fried chicken, Fish, Cheese, Vegetables, Meats. It is also used to make sandwiches.

Ingredients: Kashmiri Lal Mirch, Coriander Seeds, Cumin Seeds, Turmeric, Cloves, Cinnamon, Dried Mango Powder, Fennel, Black Cardamom, Black Pepper, Dried Ginger Powder, Garlic Powder, Fenugreek Seeds.
