
Ingredients
- 5–6 boiled eggs, chopped
- 1–2 tbsp oil
- 2 medium onions, chopped
- 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
- 1–2 green chillies
- 2 medium tomatoes, chopped
- Salt to taste
- 1 tbsp red chilli powder
- 1 tbsp coriander powder
- 1 tsp Shilpa’s Masala Mill Garam Masala
- ¼ tsp chaat masala
- Fresh coriander, chopped
- ¼ cup bell peppers, chopped
- Bread slices
- Tomato slices
- Cheese
- Lettuce
- Green chutney
- Red chilli garlic chutney
- Onion slices (optional)
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan and sauté onions with ginger garlic paste for 2–3 minutes.

- Add green chillies and tomatoes.
- Cook until the tomatoes become soft.

- Add bell peppers and all the powdered spices.
- Cook for 2–3 minutes.
- Add the chopped boiled eggs and sauté for another 2–3 minutes.

- Adjust seasoning and garnish with fresh coriander.
- Your egg masala is ready.
- Spread green chutney on one slice of bread.

- Place the egg masala over the bread.
- Close with another bread slice.
- Add tomato slices, onion slices and cheese over the second slice.

- Spread red chilli garlic chutney on the third bread slice.
- Close the sandwich.


- Spread butter on the top and bottom slices.
- Toast until golden brown and crisp.
- Slice and serve hot with chutneys.
