

INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup maida (all-purpose flour)
- ⅓ cup tepid water
- 1 tbsp milk powder
- 1 tsp yeast
- 1 tbsp sugar
- ¼ tsp salt
- 1 tsp garlic powder or fresh garlic
- 1 tsp oregano or mixed herbs
- 2 tbsp oil
- ¼ cup mozzarella cheese
- 2 tbsp corn
- Chilli flakes
- Black pepper
GARLIC BUTTER MIX
- Butter
- Grated garlic
- Chilli flakes
- Chopped coriander
INSTRUCTIONS

- Mix the flour, yeast, sugar, salt, mixed herbs and garlic powder in a bowl.

- Add the tepid water and oil.
- Knead into a soft dough for 4–5 minutes.

- Brush the dough with oil.
- Cover with cling wrap and let it rest for 1–2 hours or until doubled in size.

- Dust with a little dry flour and knead the dough again for at least 4–5 minutes.
- Roll it out to paratha thickness.
- Spread the garlic butter mixture.
- Add mozzarella cheese, corn, chilli flakes and black pepper over one half of the dough.

- Fold the dough over the filling.
- Seal the edges with a little water.
- Brush the top with the garlic butter mixture.


- Place the bread in an oven-proof dish.
- Gently score the surface with a knife.

- Sprinkle chilli flakes and mixed herbs on top.
- Preheat the oven to 180°C and bake for 15–20 minutes.


- Remove from the oven, cut into pieces and serve your delicious Domino’s copycat Cheesy Garlic Bread.

CHEESY DIP
- Heat 1 tbsp butter in a pan.
- Add ¼ cup milk and 1 tsp milk powder over low heat.
- Add 3 cheese cubes and allow them to melt completely.
- Let the dip cool slightly before serving.
- You can also prepare it using the double boiler method.
